1. Service Overview
JobHuntrr is a career productivity software designed to help users:
- Organize and track job applications
- Manage outreach workflows
- Send personalized job-related emails using their own Gmail account
JobHuntrr does not guarantee employment outcomes, interview success, or recruiter responses.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service.
By using JobHuntrr, you represent that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use JobHuntrr to:
- Send unsolicited bulk or spam communications
- Harass, threaten, or mislead recipients
- Impersonate recruiters, companies, or third parties
- Circumvent platform safeguards or rate limits
- Attempt automated large-scale job application abuse
We may use automated and manual systems to detect misuse.
Violation may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
4. Gmail Integration & Email Responsibility
By connecting your Gmail account:
- You authorize JobHuntrr to send emails only when you initiate sending
- JobHuntrr does not read or manage your inbox
- All outreach content remains your responsibility
You can revoke Gmail access anytime via your Google security settings.
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable platform availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Service performance may be affected by:
- Internet connectivity
- Gmail service disruptions
- Cloud infrastructure failures
- Scheduled maintenance
6. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate acceptable use policies
- Pose spam or security risks
- Attempt fraudulent or abusive behavior
Users may request voluntary account deletion at any time.
7. Data Ownership & Deletion
You retain ownership of content you create within JobHuntrr.
Upon account deletion:
- Application data may be permanently removed from active systems
- Backup retention may continue for a limited compliance period
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All platform technology, design elements, trademarks, and proprietary workflows belong exclusively to JobHuntrr.
Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or reverse engineering is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “as-available” and “as-is” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobHuntrr shall not be liable for:
- Job search outcomes
- Missed opportunities
- Email delivery failures
- Third-party service outages
- User-generated communication consequences
Total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
10. Changes to Service or Terms
We may update or modify platform features or these Terms at any time.
Material changes will be communicated through:
- Platform notifications
- Email communication
- Updated policy date
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
